Ky + Noa Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. We will do our best to assist. Please save all packaging material and damaged material before filing a claim.

No refunds exchanges only

In order for items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• purchased in the last 14 days
• In the original packaging
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
